In the pharmacy ordering process, there are two reasons why a specific date would be greyed out from the delivery date selector:

Pharmacy closure: GreenShield Pharmacy is closed on weekends and statutory holidays, and does not offer delivery on those days.

Local delivery schedule: In some areas, orders are only shipped out on specific days of the week, so you are only able to select those days when you place your order.
