Note: If you have your package shipped to work or school, make sure you are aware of your establishment's policy on receiving shipments.

After you order prescription medications, the pharmacy will contact you to confirm your delivery details. You can then indicate whether you want the courier to leave the package in your mailbox if no one answers. For controlled substances, you can also designate a person authorized to sign for the delivery on your behalf.
If you do not authorize package drop-off and no authorized recipient is present at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to the pharmacy, and we will contact you to schedule a different delivery date.
All pharmacy orders can be delivered to a pickup location such as a Canada Post office. However, please note that you cannot have a pickup location as your primary address in your GreenShield Pharmacy profile.
GreenShield Pharmacy ships prescriptions and over-the-counter goods across Canada, excluding Quebec.
Our prescription drug, non-prescription drug, and other services are solely offered within Canada. We do not ship the the United States, or outside of Canada. No prescriptions, products or services ordered through this Platform will be shipped or provided to those outside Canada.
