If you did not add a shipping address to your account when you registered for GreenShield Pharmacy, you need to add one before you can order a prescription. You can add as many shipping addresses as you need to your pharmacy profile.

Select
Care, then select
Pharmacy and Profiles.

Select the profile for which you want to add a shipping address.

In the Shipping Addresses section, select Add Shipping Address.

Enter your address information and select Save.

Note: To easily find your address later, you can give it a Nickname such as "Home" or "Cottage".

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Pharmacy, and then select Pharmacy.

On the Pharmacy Dashboard, select
Manage Profiles.

On the Manage Profiles page, select View Profile next to the profile to which you want to add an address.

In the Shipping Addresses section, select Add a new address.

Enter your address information and select Save Changes.
