You can get your prescription delivered to a pickup location such as a Canada Post office if you are not available at the time of delivery.
Note
You cannot set a pickup location as your default shipping address.

Select
Care, then select
Pharmacy and Profiles.

Select the profile to which you would like to add a pickup location, then select Canada Post Pick-up Locations.

On the next screen, select Add a Canada Post.

Enter a postal code and select Search to display the nearest pickup locations.

Select the preferred location in the list, then select Continue.
To remove a pickup location from your profile, select the three dots icon next to the location, then select Delete.

On the Navigation Bar, select Care Services and then Pharmacy, and then select Pharmacy.

On the
Pharmacy Dashboard, select
Manage Profiles.

On the Manage Profiles section, select View Profile next to the profile to which you want to add a pickup location.

In the Shipping Addresses section, select Add a new address.

On the next screen, select Find a Location.

Enter a postal code and select Search to display the nearest pickup locations.

Find the preferred pickup location in the list and select Select Canada Post.
The pickup location will be added to the Shipping Addresses section of your profile.
