Manage auto refills

You can have the pharmacy automatically place an order for your prescription and ship it to you when it is due by enabling auto refills. You can turn this setting on or off individually for all your prescriptions.

Instructions for the mobile app

1. Select Care, then select Pharmacy, and Prescriptions.

2. Select the Profile of the person for whom you want to manage auto refills.

3. Select the relevant prescription, then select Manage prescription.

4. On the Manage Prescription screen, select Update Auto Refill Settings.

5. Toggle the Auto Refill setting as desired and select Complete.

Instructions for the web app

1. On the Navigation bar, select Care Services and then Pharmacy, then select Pharmacy.

2. On the Pharmacy Dashboard, select Manage Prescriptions.

3. Navigate to the name of the person for whom you want to manage auto refills, then select View Prescriptions.

4. Locate the relevant prescription, then select View Details and Manage Prescription.

5. On the Manage Prescription screen, select Update Auto Refill Settings.

6. Toggle the Auto Refill setting as desired and select Complete.
