Check if your provider can direct bill

Our partner, GreenShield, performs periodic reviews on health care providers’ claims and business practices, to ensure that you are receiving services or products from accredited and approved service providers

If you would like to confirm if your service provider can bill GreenShield directly or qualify for Insta-Claims without delays for review, please complete the following steps:

1. From the Dashboard, select Find a Provider.

2. Select the Service Type and enter your Provider Details.

   1. You can filter your results to show you providers who are able to bill us directly or providers who have been delisted.

3. Select Search.

Check on the mobile app:

1. From the Dashboard, select Providers.

2. Select the category that pertains to the type of provider you are looking for.

   1. The search results will be based on your location.

3. Enter your provider name or number.

   1. You can also use the Filter option to show providers who are able to bill us directly or providers who have been delisted.

Claims submitted with services rendered by a delisted provider may not be approved. You should talk to your provider if they are showing up as delisted or do not already have a direct billing relationship with GreenShield.
